The Lounge
All Ambassador Transit Lounges at Changi Airport belong to the Harilela Group from Hong Kong. Lounges are available in Terminal 2 as well as in Terminal 3 of Changi Airport. We visited the Ambassador Transit Lounge in Terminal 3, which is located in Level 3 of the terminal, near Gates B1 – B4. The lounge can be reached via lift and escalator.
The use of the lounge is not restricted. The price for 3 hours is 40 SGD ( approx. 26 Euro ). The Ambassador Transit Lounge also participates in the Priority Pass network. The following services are offered to guests:
- Comfortable lounge chairs and massage chairs
- A buffet with food & soft drinks
- Showers including simple toiletries
- Free Wifi / Internet access
- Free use of computer stations
- Magazines & Newspapers
In fact, the lounge makes a tidy and clean impression. The seating is comfortable and you have plenty of space. The WiFi is fast and especially against the background that we were not able to log into the free WiFi at Changi Airport.
The offered food is rather standard. Sandwiches, spring rolls, and curry in decent quality. Non-alcoholic drinks and beer were served.
We noticed the changing rooms and showers positively. Generous and spotlessly clean, they stand out pleasantly from other lounges.

Bottom line
The Ambassador Transit Lounge in the terminal is worth a visit, but you shouldn’t expect too much, especially when it comes to food.
