The Can Torrat in Palma – great grilled meat for food lovers
Would you like to eat meat from the grill in Mallorca from the wood stove in a relaxed atmosphere? Then the Can Torrat in Palma is the ideal place for you. For years we have enjoyed being there again and again, as we are enthusiastic about both the food and the location. The Can Torrat is also very easy to reach. It is located near the motorway (exit 11) at Playa de Palma shortly before El Arenal. It is worth a visit.
What awaits you at Ca’n Torrat
The Can Torrat was built in the typical Majorcan style of the Cellers and inns and was furnished in a typical rustic style. The Ca’n Torrat was opened in 1972 and has been run very successfully by the Bauza family ever since. In summer you can sit on the terrace and in winter by the fireplace.
The Can Torrat offers a wide range of meat. Whether filet, entrecôte or lamb, pork, rabbit, quail and chicken for meat lovers should definitely be something. As a side dish there are grilled red peppers and very tasty potatoes with braised garlic with each dish. ( Caution: very intensive ). As a starter I recommend roasted bread with olives and aioli.
All meat dishes are prepared on a large grill in front of the restaurant. Oak and almond logs are used for grilling. The meat is butter tender and a real enjoyment.
The Can Torrat menu is rounded off with a selection of quality Spanish wines.

Parking spaces are sufficiently available. The Ca’n Torrat is very popular. A reservation – especially at the weekend – is advisable.
Directly at the Playa there is a branch of the Ca’n Torrat. We prefer the original.
