The food
At Mesón Ca’n Pedro it is important to serve Mallorcan dishes. These include dishes such as meat prepared on a hot stone, fish and seafood. The menu is rich and available in several languages. During the various visits, the dishes tried included tumbet, lamb and ox steak. The dishes are fresh and of very good quality. Start with tomato bread and garlic. Behind it hides roasted bread, on which tomato and garlic are rubbed.
A Mallorcan red wine, e.g. a Crianza by José Ferrer*, which is offered at a very moderate surcharge, goes well with this. In general, the wine list is well sorted, so that almost every wish can be fulfilled. Also to be recommended are the cakes, like the chocolate cake made of three kinds of chocolate.
Afterward a walk in the mountains around Génova offers itself.

For those who want to experience great Majorcan cuisine in a rustic ambiance, the Mesón Ca’n Pedro restaurant is the right place. It is not for nothing that the Mesón Ca’n Pedro has been a very popular address for decades and is a must for many visitors to Mallorca.
