Serendipity Guest House & Restaurant – Origin

The Serendipity Guest House & Restaurant is owned by Mr. and Mrs. Kypers, who had set themselves the goal of designing a luxury accommodation with a private residence in Wilderness. The challenge was to build a house in an ecologically sensitive area, adjacent to a tidal lagoon with a basement, partly below the water level, which would at the same time meet the highest ecological standards. The building was completed in 1999 and the result is impressive. The Serendipity Guest House & Restaurant blends harmoniously into the landscape and offers the guest a wonderful, stylish ambience on the River Touw.
