Serendipity Guest House & Restaurant – Origin
The Serendipity Guest House & Restaurant is owned by Mr. and Mrs. Kypers, who had set themselves the goal of designing a luxury accommodation with a private residence in Wilderness. The challenge was to build a house in an ecologically sensitive area adjacent to a tidal lagoon with a basement, partly below the water level, which would simultaneously meet the highest ecological standards. The building was completed in 1999, and the result is impressive. The Serendipity Guest House & Restaurant blends harmoniously into the landscape and offers the guest a wonderful, stylish ambiance on the River Touw.
The Serendipity Guest House
The rooms are on the 1st floor of the house and are luxuriously furnished. Rudolf Stolze introduces his guests to the menu on the terrace and advises them on the choice of menu options. Already here, you can see how much passion and passion Rudolf and Lizelle have put into the selection and composition of the menu.
We decided on ostrich meatballs, consomeé, springbok, and fresh tuna with the appropriate wine accompaniment and were not disappointed. Lizelle and Rudolf inspire their guests with great flavors and excellent preparation. A pleasure for the palate. The price/performance ratio is magnificent. A menu with wine accompaniment costs between 60 – 70 Euro per person.
